We had an amazing opportunity to work with Adam Valone on finding our dream house. He listened to our criteria and made some recommendations that we never thought to consider. He created a portal and highlighted houses for us to look into and broke down a rough order of magnitude for down payment, closing costs, and monthly payments. We added comments of our likes/dislikes and we met to review the list. At the time we had specific locations we were interested in, but from our comments Adam recommended opening the search more. Once we did that we were able to narrow down the list for houses to see. Adam spent an entire day with us looking at houses and giving us insight throughout the process. Taking Adam’s advice, we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted on a house we loved, in a location we didn’t know much information about. Side note- we have been here for a few months and absolutely love the area. The paperwork and scheduling the appraiser was quite a bit of work in the short period of time, but again Adam was there to reassure us and help us with every step. At no point did we ever feel like we were on our own as he was there step by step the entire time. We are very grateful for him and we highly recommend him as a realtor for every one and anyone!
